01Is this a NEW ORIENTAL IMM spare-parts or service offer?

No. This is a neutral buyer handover checklist. Current service regions, stocked parts, warranty, response basis and responsible legal entity remain supplier-specific evidence that must be confirmed before any commercial promise is published.

02What makes a spare part critical?

The buyer should define criticality from consequences such as safety, quality, production interruption, sourcing difficulty, replacement access, repair time and obsolescence. A generic supplier list does not establish site criticality.

03Can quoted lead time be treated as permanent availability?

No. Record source, date, configuration, quantity, destination and commercial conditions. Reconfirm important items at order, shipment, handover and later inventory reviews.

04What controls and software items belong in handover?

Record versions, licenses, parameter and recipe sets, PLC/HMI/drive backups, access rights, change history, storage owner, restore instructions and an agreed restore test. Protect credentials and follow the buyer's IT/OT policy.

05What should be resolved before final handover signoff?
